Given the self-directed nature of this group project and the diverse, specialised talents of the team, our first priority was establishing clear role alignment. I worked to balance individual creative goals with the project's strategic needs, ensuring everyone was positioned to deliver the highest value.
Once the roles were defined, we entered the conceptual phase using a structured framework. We established a clear timeline complete with milestone checkpoints and seamless handoff protocols, allowing team members to work autonomously while maintaining full alignment
Throughout the project, I was lucky enough to lend my hand to every aspect as I stepped into the producer role and beyond, facilitating each person's part and creative process; this felt like a natural progression for me. Even though I was in production, I was still asked for creative input in each step of the way; sometimes that was righting the course and other times that was just encouragement to my fellow colleagues
After the projects and presenting our concept, along with a working prototype with a tactile physical interface, the decision was made, with encouragement, that each person would speak on what they are most knowledgeable about. As for production, I handled the bookends of the presentation
